  4. Prior to using RBBS-FIX.BAT to apply fixes to RBBS-PC and CONFIG it is
  5. necessary that you use your favorite word processor (EDLIN will do)
  6. and edit CNFG-SUB.BAS.   Change line number 12312 to 12512 and save
  7. the file.   Only after this change is it possible for RBBS-FIX.bat to
  8. work correctly.
